Relieve the stress when times seem to be
overwhelming! Below are 4 tips.

1. Get outside - Take a walk, jog or just go somewhere where you can take a deep breath and focus on anything, but the Big Day.

2. Take the night off from all the planning talk - curl up on the couch and watch a romantic movie together. Movies seem to take you to another place for at least 1 1/2 - two hours!

3. Pamper, Pamper, Pamper - Take sometime to do something special for each other. Go out for a romantic dinner, couples massage or an amusement park date.

4. Make a pact - To stop, breath & hug tight when things get crazy.
