Holiday Weddings
by Wedding Connections

Mindy Sonshine PhotographyA wedding provokes a sense of family and when added to holiday traditions, it makes for a great and memorable combination.

During the holidays the air is full with excitement and cheer. A season of giving and sharing. Everywhere you look, you will see decorations of the season. What a great time to plan a wedding celebration, during a time when family and friends are already anticipating being with love ones.

Your Wedding Consultant will be happy to go over ideas on incorporating the season into your very special occasion.

Fit To Be The Groom

Mindy Sonshine PhotographyIt’s your wedding day. You’ve been a part of a whirlwind planning process for months & assisting your lovely bride-to-be with the many things that precede the perfect day. You have been busy & too busy to work out, right? So, your tux is a bit tight and not fitting like you would prefer.

How do you make the time to work out? Always a challenge, but a couple of small changes and you can fit in that tux. First of all, careful attention to your diet is a must & watch the beer consumption and saturated fat and processed carbs. If you go to a gym then definitely make the time to continue with your workout schedule. You will be amazed what 45 minutes, 3 days a week can do. 20 minutes on your favorite cardio machine and 2 sets of 12 reps per major muscle group(bi ‘s, tri’s, delts; chest & back; abs & obliques; squats for your glutes, hams, quads and calves and bingo, you are done).

If you don’t go to a gym, either try one out or take my suggestion and go out and buy yourself a boxing-gym quality jump rope. Start slow and work up to 15 - 20 minutes of skipping rope. When you get breathless, take a breather by doing a set of 25 to 50 crunches or bicycle-style sit-ups. Skip a few minutes more, rest by doing push ups. Skip again and rest by doing chair tricep dips. Jump rope, and repeat. Do this three days a week and you are set. This is a great work out. You are targeting all your muscles and pumping your heart.

Your legs will love it, your heart will love it and the holder of your heart will love your streamline bod. And best of all, you will enjoy the pump for stress relief to get you through to the day you are waiting for your beauty to cruise down the aisle and join you as your wife.
