- You want to look and feel your very best for the big
day, so plan ahead and keep a few things in mind ….
- Remember to drink plenty of water.
- Avoid overexposure to the sun, especially a week prior
to your wedding.
- Meet with a hairstylist 3 - 4 months before your wedding
and schedule cut, perm, style and color.
- One-week prior, practice on make-up and hairstyle
with your beauty consultant and have a well-deserved spa day. Have the
works … facial, massage etc. And don’t forget the manicure
and pedicure. You just may want to schedule them the morning prior to
your wedding day or morning of.
- Get plenty of rest, sleep, and avoid excessive alcohol
the night before your special day.
- Eat a healthy breakfast the day of your wedding, have
healthy snacks on hand, if a late wedding is planned.
