You want to look and feel your very best for the big
day, so plan ahead and keep a few things in mind ….
Remember to drink plenty of water.
Avoid overexposure to the sun, especially a week prior
to your wedding.
Meet with a hairstylist 3 - 4 months before your wedding
and schedule cut, perm, style and color.
One-week prior, practice on make-up and hairstyle
with your beauty consultant and have a well-deserved spa day. Have the
works … facial, massage etc. And don’t forget the manicure
and pedicure. You just may want to schedule them the morning prior to
your wedding day or morning of.
Get plenty of rest, sleep, and avoid excessive alcohol
the night before your special day.
Eat a healthy breakfast the day of your wedding, have
healthy snacks on hand, if a late wedding is planned.
