| Where is the Ceremony?
A Ceremony can take place in a wide variety of places.
A place could be: Church, Chapel, Temple, Park, Country Clubs, Private Hall,
Hotel, Restaurant, Garden, in a Judge's Chamber or private home.
The site you select should have some special significance and be able to accommodate
your expected guests.
Determine level of formality and consider weather, family commitments and local
events or celebrations.
You should reserve your ceremony site 9 – 12 prior to your wedding date
and confirm the date 7-8 weeks prior and again one-week prior. Schedule rehearsal
at ceremony site at the time of reserving venue.
Check to see if the venue offers a bridal changing area and if the facility
accommodates ceremony necessities. Inquire about special restrictions of sites
and notify all vendors.
Check with your officiate on the site you select. To be sure that he or she
has no restrictions/objections to the site.
